Mwea residents broke in jubilation after the news that they are set to be issued with title deeds for their farmlands soon.This issue has been of concern in the region for a time now as they have remained as tenant for the last 50 or so years.Talks are underway to commence the issuing process to enable farmers be more commercially stable in that the can use the titles to acquire loans for developments purposes having in mind that land is a major factor of production in our economy with agriculture being the backbone of our economy.
