Doing a small thing in a big way!

Extraordinary is born from ordinary when value is added to the ordinary.
On 23rd May 2015 a big celebration is going down in Kenya, Nyeri County to be precise. One woman a missionary nurse, seventy years ago got on a mission as a volunteer nurse in Kenyan underdeveloped rural villages in the Highlands of Nyeri. She made a decision to sacrifice all her privileges and embarked on a passionate mission to rid off the poor of the poor chronic diseases such as rabies, malaria and other common sicknesses. She could move from one household to another treating, encouraging and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with community members. She died of an infection she got from a community member, since protective gears were not available then.
Today over seventy years later long after her death she’s being celebrate as she undergoes the most prestigious or honorary convocation under the catholic faith i.e. beatification for sainthood.
#Sister Irene Nyaatha has given precedence for all of us in this life that no matter, who you are? Whom you are? Where you are? What you do? You can leave a mark in this world.
Sister Irene

‘The world is celebrating her today as she is beatified to sainthood’
 *They call it legacy*
Her experience is a recipe for success in everything we do whether individual or organizational. It’s imperative that we get quick tips on how to beat the world detractors and usher ourselves to victory:
v  Embrace service to humanity
v  Identify a problem and solve it
v  Let passion drive you!
v  Learn to sacrifice.
v  Don’t compete. Stay original
v  Move against the currents.
v  Value life. The other person needs you.
v  Die doing it.
Mother Teresa did it, why not me? Steve Jobs did it ,why not me? Billy Graham did it ,why not me?
Martin Luther King did it, why not me? Moses did it, why not me?
Let these questions clog your thought system and thrust a mental shift

*People, who live for nothing, achieve nothing and have no legacy. Some say it’s better if they didn’t exist in the first place*Anonymous
